Program-controlled switched telephone

 Overview :

IP telephony is a new type of telephony communication through the Internet or other networks using IP technology. In the past, IP telephony was mainly used in the intranets of large companies. Technicians could reuse the same network to provide data and voice services, which not only simplified management, but also improved productivity. With the increasing popularity of the Internet and the surge in the number of cross-border communications, IP telephony has also been applied to long-distance telephone services. Due to the competition between communication companies in major cities in the world and the relaxation of relevant laws and regulations on telecommunications in various countries, IP telephony has also begun to be used in fixed-line communications. It is regarded as a strong competitor of traditional telecommunication services by current international telecommunication enterprises.
