【Project Overview】 ：Kunshan Jialia Auto Parts Co., Ltd., located at No. 168 Yisheng Road, Chengbei, Kunshan City, adjacent to Foxconn, is a manufacturer of automobile seat belts. It has fixed assets of 23 million yuan; the factory covers an area of more than 30 acres; and has first-class production equipment and perfect testing methods; the annual production capacity is 1.5 million sets.
      Dongfeng Motor Corporation Commercial Vehicle Company, India T&T Motor Corporation, India M&M Motor Corporation, FAW Hongta Yunnan Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Nissan Diesel Automobile Co., Ltd., Grammer Corporation, Indiavecommercialvehiclesltd、American immi, Volvo, etc. are our main customers.
       We chose Kunshan to build a production base in June 2012. The overall plan consists of 3 production workshops, 1 administrative building, and 1 dormitory building.
       At present, the company adopts advanced machinery and equipment, mold design and R&D and manufacturing capabilities, and the application of cad/cae/cam system software, which makes the development of automobile seat belt products more and more perfect. The company's investment has been completed and put into production. Since 1997, it has passed the compulsory product certification (ccc), e-mark, dot, iso/ts16949:2002 quality system certification. It is an "a" grade supplier of Dongfeng Motor Corporation, and has been awarded "Excellent Supplier" by Dongfeng Motor Corporation over the years.
